目的观察运用头针配合穴位透刺法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效.方法采用头针配合穴位透刺法治疗颈性眩晕患者38例，并与常规颈部夹脊穴针刺法进行比较.结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).结论头针配合穴位透刺法可以更有效地改善眩晕患者的症状.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acalp acupuncture method and point-through-point therapy on cervical vertigo .Method:38 cases with cervical vertigo were treated by acalp acupuncture method and point-through-point therapy.And 38 cases in control group were treated by acupuncturing generalhuatuo Jiaji Acupoint on neck. Result:here was significantdifference betweem the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: acalp acupuncture method and point-through-point therapy can improve renal function in cervical vertigo.
