青花菜,又名茎椰菜,原产欧洲南部,花球呈浓绿色,食用部分为主茎顶端长出的花菜、侧花球和花梗。营养丰富,富含维生素A、C和蛋白质。生长适宜温度为20℃左右,花蕾发育适温为15～18℃,超过25℃,植株易徒长,花球发育停止,且易发生病虫害。耐寒力较强,幼苗在0℃还不致受害。由此,可利用冬闲田种植青花菜。1985年我所种植400来亩,其中出口约200吨,为国家创汇约10万美元.
