目的比较超声监视下水压灌肠与X射线下空气灌肠在小儿肠套叠中的应用效果。方法选择2010-2011年我院行X射线下空气灌肠治疗的肠套叠患儿230例及2012-2013年行超声监视下水压灌肠的肠套叠患儿352例,比较复位成功率、复位时间、穿孔率。结果超声监视下水压灌肠成功复位347例,失败5例,成功率98.6%;X射线下空气灌肠成功复位225例,失败5例,成功率97.8%。结论超声监视下水压灌肠时间短,无辐射,是治疗小儿肠套叠的首选方法。
Objective To compare the effect of hydrostatic enema and air enema under X-ray in pediatric intussusception. Methods A total of 230 children with intussusception in our hospital under X-ray air enema during 2010-2011 and 352 children with intussusception admitted under water-pressure enema during 2012-2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The success rate of reduction and reset Time, perforation rate. Results Under the ultrasonic monitoring, 347 cases were successfully reset by hydrostatic enema, and 5 cases failed. The success rate was 98.6%. Air cannula was reset in 225 cases under X-ray, and 5 cases failed. The success rate was 97.8%. Conclusion Under hydrodynamic monitoring, water enema is short and has no radiation. It is the first choice for treating intussusception in children.
