本文报道用营养液保存之人角膜作临床穿透角膜移植术共18例。术后3周透明愈合13例,占72％;术后2年～2年5个月,有改善者12例,占66.6％。角膜保存的效果与取材是否新鲜有直接关系:即摘眼与湿房时间越短,保存效果越好。
This article reports the use of nutritional preservation of human cornea for clinical penetrating keratoplasty in a total of 18 cases. Three weeks after operation, 13 cases were transparent healed, accounting for 72%. Two years and 2 years and 5 months after operation, 12 cases improved, accounting for 66.6%. The effect of corneal preservation is directly related to the freshness of the material: the shorter the time of picking the eye and the wet room, the better the preservation effect.
