磷酸二酯酶抑制剂己酮可可碱对人精子受精力的影响

为进一步证明己酮可可碱 (pentoxifylline,PF)对精子受精力的影响 ,对 2 9例临床送检标本进行精液常规分析及体外受精实验。结果 :6例精液常规及受精率均低于正常 ;14例精液常规正常 ,但受精率低 ;9例精液常规及受精率均正常。所有标本均提取上游精子 ,其中部分经体外获能后用作对照 ,部分用 1mg/ml PF,37℃ ,孵育 0 .5小时后再行体外获能。获能精子与去透明带金黄地鼠卵行异种体外受精 ,然后观察受精率 ,受精指数 ,及每个卵表面附着的精子平均数 ,结果提示 PF对精液常规正常但受精力低下的精液标本有明显增强精子受精力的作用 ,这类患者精子经 PF体外处理可能提高人工助孕技术的成功率。 In order to further prove the influence of pentoxifylline (PF) on sperm fertility, routine sperm analysis and in vitro fertilization test were performed on 29 clinical specimens. Results: The sperm routine and fertilization rate of 6 cases were lower than normal. The 14 cases of normal semen were normal, but the fertilization rate was low. The routine and fertilization rate of 9 cases were normal. All samples were extracted upstream sperm, some of which were used as a control after in vitro capacitation, some with 1mg / ml PF, 37 ℃, 0.5 hours after incubation in vitro re-ability. In vitro fertilization of spermatozoa and the golden hamster deionized zona pellucida were observed, and the fertilization rate, fertilization index, and the average number of sperms attached to each egg surface were observed. The results suggested that PF was associated with routine normal but less fertile sperm samples Significantly enhance the role of sperm fertility, sperm in vitro treatment of such patients may improve the success rate of artificial inoculation technology.

我国病案管理经过60年的缓慢发展之后,近15年来有了迅猛的发展。尤其是医院分级评审、高科技产品的应用、人员素质的提高,以及各类人员对病案信息的需求,为病案发展提供了良好的内外环境。根据目前国际病案管理的发展趋势和我国的实际情况,今后病案管理将转向病案信息管理,被动型服务将逐步转向主动型服务,计算机等高科技设备将会得到进一步开发利用,对病案人员的知识及技能也会有进一步的要求。
