本文叙述了经γ射线照射后大鼠淋巴细胞电泳率的变化。采用细胞电泳装置,于25±0.5℃下测量细胞电泳率,观察了经~(60)Coγ射线照射后淋巴细胞电泳率随时间的变化,以及照射后4小时所测电泳率的降低与照射量之间的关系。实验结果指出,淋巴细胞电泳率随照后时间而逐渐降低,于照后4小时达最低值,然后开始恢复,淋巴细胞电泳率随照射量的增加呈指数下降。
This article describes the changes in rat lymphocyte electrophoretic activity after γ-ray irradiation. The cell electrophoresis rate was measured at 25 ± 0.5 ℃ by using cell electrophoresis apparatus. The change of the electrophoretic activity of lymphocytes after irradiation with ~ (60) Coγ-ray and the reduction of the electrophoresis rate and the irradiation amount 4 hours after irradiation were observed The relationship between. The experimental results showed that the rate of lymphocyte electrophoresis decreased gradually with the passage of time, reaching the lowest value at 4 hours after irradiation and then began to recover. The rate of lymphocyte electrophoresis decreased exponentially with the increase of irradiation dose.
