目的:探讨CTAP,CTA联合应用诊断肝小肿瘤的价值.材料和方法:1996-01～2000-01哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院和日本医科大学附属病院门诊和住院患者,肝脏CT平扫和增强发现小于3cm

目的:探讨CTAP,CTA联合应用诊断肝小肿瘤的价值.材料和方法:1996-01～2000-01哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院和日本医科大学附属病院门诊和住院患者,肝脏CT平扫和增强发现小于3cm病灶,需进一步精查者,共50例,年龄33～80岁,男女比例为4:1.每位患者均行CTAP和CTA两种检查.结果:107个病灶,用CTAP和CTA联合检出病灶104个,定性病灶95个.手术和病理证实70个.CTAP对检出小病灶敏感性高达93%,而CTA对病灶的特异性好.结论:CTAP和CTA联合应用可大大地提高正确诊断
