目的:探讨品管圈在门诊药房管理中的应用效果。方法:对比分析2015年6月开展QC活动前后门诊药房管理药品库存情况和工作人员业务能力。结果:实施QC活动前的药品库存准确率、进步率和达标率分别为75.8%、9.5%、82.3%,实施QC活动后的药品库存准确率、进步率和达标率分别为93.2%、22.8%、95.4%,比较差异显著(P<0.05);实施QC活动前12名工作人员业务能力的综合评分为(76.5±6.5)分,实施QC活动后的综合评分为(92.3±4.2)分,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:开展QC活动有助于提高门诊药房管理水平和工作人员业务能力,该工作模式具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle in outpatient pharmacy management. Methods: To compare and analyze the inventory management of drugstores in pharmacies before and after the start of QC activities in June 2015 and the operational capacity of staff. Results: The accuracy, progress rate and compliance rate of drug inventory before the implementation of QC activities were 75.8%, 9.5% and 82.3% respectively. After the implementation of QC activities, the accuracy, rate of advancement and compliance rate of drug stocks were 93.2% and 22.8% , 95.4%, respectively (P <0.05). The comprehensive score of operational ability of the 12 staff members before QC activities was (76.5 ± 6.5) points and that of QC activities was (92.3 ± 4.2) points. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: To carry out QC activities will help to improve the management level of outpatient pharmacy and staff operational capacity. The work mode has high application value.
