本文以成年雄性白家兔为对象观察了针刺对外周血粒细胞细胞化学及痛阈的影响。实验结果表明:电针对个体家兔外用血粒细胞NE、ACP、ATPase、MAO和单胺物质以及家兔痛阈具有一定的调整作用。总体看来,电针可使家兔痛阈提高,使粒细胞NE、ACP、ATPase和MAO活性增强,单胺物质含量增高。电针后家兔痛阈的升高与以5—HT为底物的MAO活性增强之间里正相关,其余各项指标与痛阈之间相关均不显著。
In this paper, the effects of acupuncture on peripheral blood granulocyte cytochemistry and pain threshold were observed in adult male white rabbits. The experimental results show that electro-acupuncture has an adjustment effect on the rabbit peripheral blood granulocyte NE, ACP, ATPase, MAO and monoamine substances as well as the rabbit pain threshold. In general, electro-acupuncture can increase the pain threshold of rabbits, increase the activity of NE, ACP, ATPase and MAO in granulocytes, and increase the content of monoamines. There was a positive correlation between the elevation of the pain threshold of rabbits after electroacupuncture and the increase of MAO activity with 5-HT as the substrate, and there was no significant correlation between other indicators and pain threshold.
