制备了只由半胱氨酸组成的二肽，即Ｃ－保护的Ｈ－Ｃｙｓ－Ｃｙｓ－ＯＥｔ（１）和未保护的Ｈ－Ｃｙｓ－Ｃｙｓ－ＯＨ（２）．在碱的作用下等摩尔的肽和锌盐生成固体络合物．分析结果证实了锌络合物的组成．
Dipeptides consisting only of cysteine, C-protected H-Cys-Cys-OEt (1) and unprotected H-Cys-Cys-OH (2) were prepared. Equimolar amounts of the peptide and zinc salt form a solid complex under the action of a base. The analysis confirmed the composition of the zinc complex.
