目的:观察分析流动采血车空气消毒效果及监控策略;方法:通过对本站2014年2月至2015年1月间的流动采血车采血环境消毒效果进行分析,观察其间的细菌菌落数量及分布情况;结果:采血车7-9月份的细菌菌落显著升高;采血车内的入口、出口及中间位置的不同,其细菌合格率也不相同,采血车出口的细菌检测合格率高于入口和中间的合格率;采血人数越多,空气中细菌数量也就越多(P<0.05);结论:运用动态消毒法、及时监控消毒质量和严控操作规范是提高流动采血车消毒质量的重要方法,加强献血屋建设,以提高献血者和血液安全性。
Objective: To observe and analyze the air disinfection effect and monitoring strategy of mobile blood collection car. Methods: By analyzing the disinfection effect of blood collecting environment of mobile blood collecting car from February 2014 to January 2015, the number and distribution of bacterial colonies were observed Results: The bacterial colonies of blood-drawn car from July to September were significantly increased. The pass rates of bacteria in blood-collecting car were different at entrance, exit and middle position. The passing rate of bacterium detection at the exit of blood-collecting car was higher than that at entrance and middle (P0.05) .Conclusion: Using dynamic disinfection method to timely monitor the disinfection quality and strictly control the operation standard is an important method to improve the disinfection quality of mobile blood collection car, Strengthen blood donation building to improve blood donors and blood safety.
