目的 :验证采用新型光敏剂的光动力学治疗方法对于SD大鼠膀胱癌动物模型的有效性。方法 :将用 0 0 5 %BBN诱导成功的SD大鼠随机分为试验组 2 0只和对照组 7只。试验组大鼠用剂量为 50mg kg光敏剂溶液灌胃 ,2 4h后打开膀胱进行激光照射 ,能量密度为50J cm2 。 7
OBJECTIVE: To verify the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy using a novel photosensitizer in an animal model of bladder cancer in SD rats. Methods: Sprague Dawley (SD) rats induced by 0 0 5% BBN were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 7). Rats in test group were gavaged with a photosensitizer solution of 50 mg kg, and after 24 hours, the bladder was opened for laser irradiation with an energy density of 50 J cm2. 7
