许多证据表明M受体存在异型性。根据M受体和选择性拮抗剂以及激动剂结合的亲和力差异可将M受体分型。这种差异主要是由于M受体构象不同造成。影响M受体构象的主要因素是膜蛋白,如鸟苷酸结合蛋白,钠通道和钙通道。由于M受体构象的不同,导致受体与不同效应器偶联,产生不同的生化反应。M受体激活后主要产生两种生化反应:一种是抑制腺苷酸环化酶,另一种是激活磷脂酰肌醇代谢。
Much evidence suggests that there is atypia in the M receptor. M receptors may be typed according to the difference in affinity of M receptors and selective antagonists as well as agonist binding. This difference is mainly due to different M receptor conformation. The main factors affecting the M receptor conformation are membrane proteins such as guanylate binding proteins, sodium channels and calcium channels. Due to the different conformation of M receptors, the receptors are coupled to different effectors and produce different biochemical reactions. M receptor activation mainly produces two kinds of biochemical reactions: one is inhibition of adenylate cyclase, and the other is activated phosphatidylinositol metabolism.
