本文以Messner培养体系为基础,并加以改良,在一个培养体系内培养出了人多能造血祖细胞(CFU-Mix)和前红系祖细胞(BFU-E),集落产率高于文献报道。同时,我们改进了细胞离心方法,使单个细胞集落形态完整,记数准确,为研究造血干细胞的分化提供了条件。
In this paper, based on the Messner culture system and its improvement, human pluripotent hematopoietic progenitor cells (CFU-Mix) and pre-erythroid progenitor cells (BFU-E) were cultured in a culture system. The colony yield was higher than that reported in the literature . At the same time, we improved the method of cell centrifugation, which made the morphology of single cell colony intact and counted accurately, which provided the conditions for studying the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells.
