目的 :探讨成人腺样体肥大的诊断及治疗方法。方法 :对 2 0例 ～ 度腺样体肥大的成人患者做鼻内窥镜及病理检查 ,给予保守及手术治疗。结果 :病理报告慢性炎症 7例 ,慢性炎症伴组织增生 3例。 10例保守治疗无效 ,6例传统手术者随访 1年 2例复发 ,4例鼻内窥镜下腺体切除微波热凝术随访 1年无复发。结论 :成人腺样体可呈不同程度的增生 ,在光镜下与儿童腺样体有差异。治疗应以手术为主 ,鼻内窥镜下腺体切除微波热凝术是一种安全有效的治疗方法
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of adult adenoid hypertrophy. Methods: Endoscopic and pathological examinations were performed in 20 adult patients with adenoid hypertrophy and were given conservative and surgical treatment. Results: Pathological reports of chronic inflammation in 7 cases, chronic inflammation with tissue hyperplasia in 3 cases. 10 cases of conservative treatment ineffective, 6 cases of conventional surgery were followed up for 1 year 2 cases of recurrence, 4 cases of nasal endoscopic gland resection microwave thermocoagulation follow-up of 1 year without recurrence. Conclusion: Adult adenoids may show different degree of hyperplasia, which is different from adenoid in children under light microscope. The treatment should be based on surgery, nasal endoscopic gland resection microwave thermocoagulation is a safe and effective treatment
