目的探讨超声引导下对顽固性胸腔积液的胸膜活检方法,以提高胸腔积液的超声诊断水平。方法用低频和高频超声引导经皮胸膜穿刺自动组织活检取材,对临床难以确诊的顽固性胸腔积液48例作出病理性诊断,以对其回声特点进行观察。结果增厚的胸膜内部回声可以分为3种类型:高回声型、混合回声型、结节型;在胸膜活检中,胸膜病变内部回声的观察及其取材,高频超声明显优于低频超声。结论高频超声有助于胸膜活检的诊断。
Objective To investigate the ultrasound-guided pleural biopsy of intractable pleural effusions to improve the diagnostic level of pleural effusion. Methods Low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound guided percutaneous pleural puncture automated biopsy material for clinical diagnosis of intractable pleural effusion 48 cases of pathological diagnosis to observe its echo characteristics. Results Pleural thickening of the internal echo can be divided into three types: hyperechoic, mixed echogenic, nodular; in pleural biopsy, the observation of pleural lesions within the echo and its material, high-frequency ultrasound was better than low-frequency ultrasound. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is helpful for the diagnosis of pleural biopsy.
