湿压缩过程中水滴的喷入对压气机性能具有较大影响,并会改变压气机的机械特性.为了研究喷水对压气机机械特性的影响,对不同喷雾量和颗粒尺寸下的湿压缩过程进行了数值模拟.结果表明,水滴运动主要受气流拖拽力的作用,在叶片前缘与叶中之间波动较为剧烈;滑移速度对水滴受力破碎影响较大,雷诺数与韦伯数均较小,最可能发生振荡破碎;水滴主要撞击叶片的压力面,造成转子的附加扭矩;较小水滴颗粒情况下适当增大喷雾量有助于低湿压缩过程中叶片的负载和输入功率.“,”Performance of compressor is affected by water injection in wet compression significantly,and the mechanical characteristics of compressor are also changed.Wet compression is simulated under different water injection rates and particle sizes for investigating the influence of water injection on the mechanical characteristics of compressor.The results indicate that the motion of water droplet is mainly controlled by drag force and fluctuates most between the leading edge and middle of the blade.The force and breakup of water droplet are much influenced by slip velocity,and the Reynolds number is small as well as Weber number,so the water droplet most probably breaks up in the model of vibrational breakup.The study also shows that water droplets mainly impact on pressure surface of the blade which leads to the additional torque of rotor,and the appropriate increase of water injection rate under smaller water droplets contributes to the reduction of blade loading and input power in wet compression.
