玻璃体切割手术是眼科临床难度较大的手术,需要医生有高超的操作技巧和丰富的视网膜知识,同时手术时间长,需要不同的眼内填充物,术后要求特殊的的俯卧位,这就给护理上提出了较高的要求.我院自2003年1月～2004年1月开展玻璃体切割手术46例,经精心护理,收到了良好的疗效,现报告如下.
