[目的]了解唐河县1986～2005年恶心肿瘤水平和演变过程。[方法]SPSS软件对唐河县居民1986～2005年监测资料统计分析。[结果]1986～2005年唐河县居民恶性肿瘤死亡率波动在92.10～130.50/10万之间;恶性肿瘤死亡以食道癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌为主。[结论]恶性肿瘤死亡水平呈上升趋势;2001～2005年该地区死亡癌症水平高于2004年全国的死亡水平,相当于美国70年代中期死亡率水平。肺癌的死亡率呈上升趋势,胃癌和食道癌的死亡水平一直在高位徘徊。 [Objective] To understand the level and evolution of nausea in Tanghe County from 1986 to 2005. [Method] The statistical analysis of monitoring data of residents in Tanghe County from 1986 to 2005 by SPSS software. [Results] The mortality rate of malignant tumor in residents of Tanghe County from 1986 to 2005 fluctuated between 92.10 and 130.50 / 100,000; the death of malignant tumors was mainly esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer and lung cancer. [Conclusion] The mortality of malignant tumors is on an upward trend. The death cancer in this area was higher than the national death toll in 2004 from 2001 to 2005, which is equivalent to the mortality rate in the mid 1970s in the United States. Mortality from lung cancer is on the rise, with deaths from gastric and esophageal cancers hovering at high levels.
