自20世纪80年代Sen等~([1])发现NF-κB以来,大量研究证明NF-κB参与机体多种生理和病理过程,包括炎症和细胞存活,增殖和分化以及肿瘤的发生和发展过程。NF-κB能促进炎症的发生发展,也可以抗凋亡(促增生)。NF-κB的这两个重要生理功能必须有精确的调节机制,维持两者间的平衡状态,这种平衡一旦被打破,机体将发生不可预知的病理过程,主要包括炎症的蔓延、肿瘤的发生发展~([2])。
