在水稻连体叶片(汕优3号)和离休叶片(盐粳2号)衰老过程中,应用细胞分裂素类物质c-BA可显著延缓核酸和蛋白质含量的下降,从而使叶片衰老延缓。枚糖核酸酶比活在水稻离体和连体叶片衰老过程中不断增加,应用6-BA可延缓它的增加。稻叶衰老过程中,核糖核酸酶比活增加和核糖核酸含量下降有密切的伴随关系。 水稻叶片衰老过程中核糖核酸、蛋白质含量下降的曲线和核糖核酸酶比活上升的曲线均呈S型。水稻叶片的衰老过程可分为三期:开始时变化缓慢,为缓衰期;以后变化迅速,为速衰期;最后变化又趋缓慢,为竭衰期。 DpU延缓离体叶片衰老的效果显著,但对连体叶片效果不显著。而6-BA延缓离体和连体水稻叶片衰老的效果则均显著。
The application of cytokinin c-BA could delay the decline of nucleic acid and protein content and delay the senescence of leaves in the process of senescence of Siamese leaf (Shanyou 3) and retired leaves (Yanjing 2). The specific activity of the glucanuclease increases continuously during the leaf senescing process in vitro and in siamese rice plants. The application of 6-BA can delay its increase. In the process of leaf senescence, the specific activity of ribonuclease and the decrease of ribonucleic acid content are closely related. The curves of ribonucleic acid and protein content decline and the specific activity of ribonuclease increased during the leaf senescence of rice were S-shaped. The aging process of rice leaves can be divided into three phases: the beginning of a slow change, for the slow-moving period; rapid changes after the fast-decaying; the final change and the more slowly, as the exhaustion period. DpU delayed the effect of detached leaves senescence significantly, but the effect is not significant on the conjoined leaves. However, the effect of 6-BA on leaf senescence in vitro and in vivo was significant.
