在现实学生成长的过程中,我们教师所面临的一个十分棘手的问题就是学生缺乏学习兴趣,学习动机不强、厌学,由此引发旷课、逃学。我们的传统的做法就是采用强制手段,或从经验出发做思想工作,其结果收益甚微,有时甚至会适得其反。于是有些学生在学生这条路上越走越远,厌学越来越严重,我们做教师的也变得束手无策,并逐渐失去耐心,甚至采用简单的罚写、体罚等简单而又粗暴的手段对付,于是师生之间的关系也变得越来越紧张。
In the process of students’ growth, one of the most difficult problems for our teachers is that they lack interest in learning, they are not motivated to learn, they are tired of learning, which leads to absenteeism and truancy. Our traditional approach is to use coercive measures or to do ideological work based on experience. The result is very little return and sometimes counterproductive.
