The importance of the risk of human factors in the probabilistic safety analysis model of NPP is discussed. Among the top 50 minimal cut sets that are risky in Ling’ao Nuclear Power Station, there are 28 human factor incidents, accounting for 39.1% of the total core melting frequency.
