l前言我厂年产4万吨尿素装置配套的脱碳装置，采用的是碳酸丙烯酯在1．7MPa条件下脱除变换气中的Co2的。进入脱碳系统变换气的H2S含量为80～150mg／m3，有时高达200～300mg／m3。由于碳丙脱碳要求变换气中H2S含量愈低愈好，因此在脱碳前设置了变换气脱硫，采用的方法为活性炭脱
