氨是室内空气质量控制的主要有害物质之一。在按照国家有关标准对防火涂料进行氨气释放量检测过程中,膨胀型防火涂料中的有效成分铵(胺)类物质对于测试结果产生很大影响,并导致测试结果的重大偏差。如何既检测出防火涂料常温下的氨释放量,又能避开防火涂料中铵(胺)类有效成分对于测试结果的干扰,是本文研究的重点。
Ammonia is one of the major hazardous substances in indoor air quality control. In the course of testing ammonia emission from fire retardant coatings according to relevant national standards, ammonium (amines), the active ingredient in intumescent fire retardant coatings, have a significant impact on test results and lead to significant deviations in test results. How to detect the ammonia release at room temperature of fire retardant coatings and how to avoid the interference of the active components of ammonium (amines) in the fire retardant coatings on the test results are the focuses of this paper.
