针对曙光油田杜813兴隆台互层状超稠油藏地下存水率高,油层纵向动用差异大,油井近井地带原油采出程度较高,地层压力低等矛盾,研制了地层自生气体增能技术。室内实验表明该技术在地下产生CO2和NH3,不仅可以补充地层能量,降低原油黏度,还具有稳定黏土矿物的作用。现场应用效果表明,措施油井平均吞吐周期12.1个,措施后注汽压力不同程度得到提高,周期采注比及油汽比提高,油井吞吐效果得到明显改善。
In view of the contradiction between the high underground water storage rate, the vertical difference in oil layer utilization, the high degree of crude oil recovery in the near wellbore area and the low formation pressure in Du 813 Xinglongtai interbedded super-heavy reservoir, technology. Laboratory experiments show that this technology produces CO2 and NH3 in the ground, which can not only replenish formation energy, reduce the viscosity of crude oil, but also stabilize clay minerals. The field application shows that the average oil well throughput time is 12.1 measures, the steam injection pressure is improved to some extent after the measures, and the cycle recovery ratio and the steam-oil ratio are increased, and the well stimulation effect is obviously improved.
