某低品位铜钼矿钼品位为0.093%、铜品位为0.033%,钼、铜均主要以硫化物形式存在,氧化程度较低。针对该矿石的特点,进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占50%条件下,以柴油+CF-1为捕收剂,制定了“原矿粗磨-铜钼混合浮选-粗精矿再磨-铜钼分离”工艺流程,获得了钼精矿品位50.30%、回收率84.50%,铜精矿品位17.53%、回收率59.75%的分选指标,试验结果可以为该矿石经济开发利用提供技术依据。
