目的：观察化瘀通络解毒汤治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月至2016年1月来我院进行治疗的IgA肾病150例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字法及本人意愿分为2组各75例。2组均采用雷公藤多苷片进行治疗，治疗组在此基础上，服用我院本科室化瘀通络解毒汤进行治疗。观察统计2组治疗前后尿常规中红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮水平变化，评价比较中医证候积分以及整体治疗效果。结果2组治疗后红细胞计数以及24 h尿蛋白定量均有明显减少(P<0.05)，而且治疗组改善程度要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。咽喉肿痛、腰脊酸痛、疲倦乏力、浮肿、纳少以及口干等中医证候积分组内治疗前后比较有明显改善(P<0.05)，且治疗组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组整体治疗效果明显优于对照组(P <0．05)。结论化瘀通络解毒汤能够有效降低患者尿常规中红细胞计数以及24 h尿蛋白定量，改善患者的中医证候。“,”Objective To study the curative effect of Huayu Jiedu Tongluo decoction on IgA nephropa-thy. Methods 150 cases with IgA nephropathy from January, 2014 to January, 2016 were involved in this study. According to random number method and individual inclination, 150 cases were divided into treatment group and control group, with 75 cases in each. Both groups were given tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablet, besides, the treatment group was treated with Huayu Jiedu Tongluo decoction. Red blood cell ( RBC) in routine urine tests, 24 h urine protein quantitative, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen of both groups were compared, as well as Chinese medicine syndrome scores and comprehensive effect. Results After treatment, RBC and 24 h urine protein quantitative of both groups decreased significantly ( P< 0 . 05 ) , and the improvement of treatment group was superior to the control group ( P< 0 . 05 ) . Swollen sore throat, lumbar spinal pain, tired and weakness, edema, poor appetite and dry mouth im-proved significantly after treatment ( P<0 . 05 ) , and the Chinese medicine scores were significantly lower than control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . The comprehensive effect of treatment group was superior to the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Huayu Tongluo Jiedu decoction could effectively decrease RBC in rou-tine urine test and 24 h urine protein quatitative, thus to improve the symptoms.
