根据许多工程的统计,认为泄洪建筑物的费用常常占整个枢纽建筑物费用的40~50%,而消能工的费用在泄洪建筑物中又占40~50%,所以泄洪建筑物的设计是一个必须重视的问题。目前我区已建和在建的坝高15米以上的拱坝,已有60余座,其中采用坝身泄洪的有43座,占71.7%;坝外泄洪的有15座,占25%;坝身坝外联合泄洪有2座,占3.3%。本文拟对我区的拱坝泄洪建筑物设计及设计中存在的问题进行论述,以供讨论、参考。
