IFI16是干扰素诱导蛋白p200家族中的人成员蛋白。IFI16作为多功能效应蛋白参与细胞生长、分化、衰老、凋亡及作为天然DNA感受器参与细胞天然、被动免疫反应过程。近年发现IFI16异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生密切相关。IFI16依不同组织或细胞呈现不同的“抗肿瘤”或“促肿瘤”调控机制。现就以IFI16基因结构与功能为切入点,就近年IFI16在肿瘤领域中的研究现状及作用机制进行综述。
IFI16 is a human member protein in the interferon-inducible protein p200 family. As a multifunctional effector protein, IFI16 is involved in cell growth, differentiation, aging, apoptosis and as a natural DNA sensor involved in cellular natural and passive immune responses. In recent years, abnormal expression of IFI16 was found to be closely related to the occurrence of multiple tumors. IFI16 according to different tissues or cells showed different “anti-tumor” or “tumor” regulatory mechanism. Now IFI16 gene structure and function as the starting point, IFI16 in recent years in the field of tumor research status and mechanism of action are reviewed.
