目的:探讨青春期甲亢患者的骨代谢特点,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2012年6月~2013年6月收治的79例青春期甲亢患者作为观察组,同时选取60例健康志愿者为对照组,检测2组受试者的清中游离的甲状腺激素水平、血清钙、血清磷、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BPG)含量,行骨密度(BMD)扫描。结果:青春期甲亢患者血清钙磷有升高趋势,但差异不显著,甲状腺激素水平及血清ALP显著升高,BMD显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青春期甲亢患者对青少年的骨代谢有着重要的影响,可导致骨转换加快,骨密度降低,青春期甲亢患者在治疗的同时要注意骨质疏松的预防。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of bone metabolism in patients with adolescent hyperthyroidism and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Seventy-nine patients with adolescent hyperthyroidism admitted from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Sixty healthy volunteers were selected as the control group to detect the free thyroid hormone levels in the two groups , Serum calcium, serum phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (BPG) content and bone mineral density (BMD) scan. Results: Serum calcium and phosphorus in adolescent patients with hyperthyroidism tended to increase, but the difference was not significant. The levels of thyroid hormone and serum ALP were significantly increased, BMD was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Adolescent patients with hyperthyroidism have an important effect on bone metabolism in adolescents, which can lead to accelerated bone turnover and reduce bone mineral density. Adolescent hyperthyroidism should pay attention to the prevention of osteoporosis while treating patients with hyperthyroidism.
