全国人才流动中心系国家人事部直属的全民所有制事业单位。依据中组部、人事部先后下发的《关于加强流动人员人事档案管理的通知》[人调发(1998)5号文];《关于进一步加强流动人员档案管理的补充通知》[人调发(1989)11号文];《流动人员人事档案管理暂行规定》[人发(1996)118号]文件精神,全国人才交流中心根据有关程序对流动人员的人事档案进行规范化管理,并提供有关人事方面的社会化服务工作,同时该中心还为各种企事业单位提供人事代理服务。那么,哪些人可以委托中心存档?办理存档需要哪些手续?哪些单位可以由中心提供人事代理服务?办理人事代理业务需要哪些手续? 一、全国人才流动中心保存个人档案的范围 1、辞职或被辞退的机关工作人员、企事业单位专业技术人员和管理人员的人事档案; 2、与用人单位解除劳动合同或聘用合同的专业技术人员和管理人员的人事档案;
