一、晓之以理，动之以情 要改变后进生后进的一面，必须对他们晓之以理，帮助他们辨别是非，确保他们的转变有可靠的基础。同他们讲理时，既要晓之以正确的世界观、人生观等做人的大道理，也要讲一些具体的、明白的和同学直接关联的小道理。从小道理入手，逐渐引伸出大道理。
I. Awareness of reason and action In order to change the situation of post-graduation students, we must make sense of them, help them to distinguish right and wrong and ensure that their changes have a credible foundation. When we talk to them, we must understand the truth of life as a correct world outlook and outlook on life, as well as some specific and understandable truths directly related to our students. Start with a small truth, and gradually extended the truth.
