宇航多类型电机综合驱动控制器模块化设计

宇航运动机构方案设计中,针对定位精度、速度稳定度、工作效率等不同要求,运动机构分别选用不同种类的电机作为其力矩执行单元,电机种类选型的多样化造成了其配套驱动控制产品的多样化和定制化特点。为了提高宇航驱动控制产品的集成度和轻量化,以几种典型运动机构的驱动控制产品为例,提出了一种基于综合电子架构的模块化设计方案,并从故障隔离、任务可靠度方面进行架构及工作模式优化。通过样机的研制和调试,验证了设计方案的有效性,为后续相关宇航型号工程研制提供参考。 In the scheme design of aerospace motion mechanism, different types of motors are selected as the moment executing units according to different requirements such as positioning accuracy, speed stability and work efficiency. The diversification of motor type selection causes its driving control products Diversified and customized features. In order to improve the integration and lightweight of aerospace drive control products, a typical design scheme based on integrated electronic architecture is proposed based on the drive control products of several typical motion mechanisms. The method is based on fault isolation and mission reliability Architecture and working mode optimization.
