采用六面顶压机制备出了60vol%铝基Al_(60)Cu_(20)Ti_(15)Zr_5非晶颗粒增强复合材料,研究了固结温度对块体样品微观形貌、致密度和力学性能影响规律。结果表明,压力可显著抑制Al_(60)Cu_(20)Ti_(15)Zr_5非晶的晶化,在高压固结过程中非晶态结构得到保持;温度对固结后所得块体样品微观形貌有明显的影响,随着温度的提高,粉末颗粒结合越来越紧密固结效果好;变形过程中样品表现出一定的室温压缩塑性,同时表现出明显的应变软化现象。
