劳模工作室作为供电企业技术技能培训和人才培养的有效平台,既能发挥好劳模在职工技术技能培训领域的“传帮带”作用,又可以由点及面地提升供电企业员工素质与专业技能。但是在实践中劳模工作室存在着管理难、运作难、长期发展难的现象,国网杭州市余杭区供电公司通过优化现有劳模工作室“产学研一体化”功能定位,建立“1+4联动”运营模式、“纵横联合”运行机制和“一体四维”激励机制,吸引了更多员工参与劳模工作室活动,工作室的深度和广度也得到了较大拓展,劳模工作室作为技术技能培训和人才培养的平台作用得以更好发挥。
