一、问题的提出目前我厂生产的25种继电器产品用的外罩,计有19种是选用H62黄铜制造的。其生产工序一般为落料、拉伸→中间退火→第二次拉伸→第二次中间退火→拉伸、成型→化学镀镍。退火后的外罩表面要求光洁。过去我们长时间采用铸铁屑填封套箱的方法进行退火处理,结果外罩表面严重氧化,颜色发灰、发黯。在后面进行拉伸时前面退火产生的氧化污物压入金属基体,使化学镀镍后镀层结合不牢甚至剥落,常造成大批报废。
