目的系统研究心叶兔儿风的化学成分。方法采用色谱方法分离纯化,运用多种波谱分析手段进行化合物结构鉴定。结果从心叶兔儿风中共分离得到7个化合物,经结构鉴定分别为蒲公英甾醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、紫花前胡苷元(3)、对二苯酚(4)、瑞香内酯(5)、芹菜素(6)、熊果苷(7)。结论化合物1~5和化合物7均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、3~5为首次从该属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of heart-bellied rabbit’s wind. Methods Chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify compounds, and the structures of compounds were identified by various spectral analysis methods. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the wind of Eupatorium adenophorum. The structures were identified as dandelion sterol (1), β-sitosterol (2), purpurin (3), p-diphenol (5), apigenin (6), arbutin (7). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-5 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 3 and 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
