本文对203例305眼翼状肉手术结果随访1～12年平均3年半,现报告如下。203例中,工人31例,农民104例,军人28例,职员31例,其他9例。年龄最小16岁,最大69岁,平均44岁,40～59岁占55.8%。男98例,女105例。胬肉位于鼻侧288眼(94.4%),颞侧17眼(5.6%)进行期172眼(68.5%),静止期79眼(31.5%)。手术方法;术前滴新霉素、可的松1～3天。①胬肉切除及结膜移植术218眼,②胬肉切除结膜移植加冷冻术70眼,即在结膜移植后,用1.5冷冻器头致冷,对角巩膜缘和角膜创面进行冷冻。③颞侧胬肉作单纯切除17眼。随访结果305眼中,复发23眼复发率7.5%。复发时间术后1年以内12眼(54.5%)
In this paper, 203 cases of 305 eyes with wing surgery were followed up for 1 to 12 years, an average of 3 years and a half, are as follows. Of the 203 cases, 31 were workers, 104 were farmers, 28 were servicemen, 31 were staff members and 9 were other workers. The youngest 16 years old, maximum 69 years old, average 44 years old, 40 to 59 years old accounted for 55.8%. There were 98 males and 105 females. The pterygium was located in 288 eyes (94.4%) on the nasal side, 172 eyes (68.5%) on the temporal side in 17 eyes (5.6%) and 79 eyes (31.5%) in the resting stage. Surgical methods; neomycin before surgery, cortisone 1 to 3 days. Â ’¢ pterygium excision and conjunctival transplantation in 218 eyes, â’¡ pterygium excision conjunctival transplantation plus cryotherapy 70, that is, after conjunctival transplantation, with 1.5 freezer head cooling, diagonal sclera and corneal wounds frozen. ③ temporal pterygium for simple removal of 17 eyes. The follow-up results of 305 eyes, recurrence of 23 cases of recurrence rate of 7.5%. Time to recurrence Within 1 year after operation 12 eyes (54.5%)
