目的 :探讨饮食结构与血脂、脂质过氧化物和冠心病的关系.方法 :以 6 5名经理和 6 7名一般工人为研究对象 ,进行膳食和饮食生活行为调查.结果 :经理组人均每日热能和蛋白质摄入量达到我国营养学会建议的每日摄入量的 111%和 145%,脂肪占热能的 38.7%,动物性食物平均每日 350克以上 ,谷类食物及蔬菜水果摄入量较少 ,而工人组基本保持了我国传统膳食模式.经理组血清 TC、TG、L DL- C和 L PO水平明显高于工人组 (P“,”Objective:To study the influence of dietary constitutes on serum lipids,lipoproteins,lipid peroxides and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The serum levels of lipids,lipoproteins,lipid peroxides were determined,and the dietary constitutes were investigated in 65 managers and 67 workers.Results:The energy,fat,animal foods of dietary intake daily were significantly higher,but cereal and vegetable ratio lower in manager group than worker group.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and lipid peroxides(LPO) significantly showed higher in managers than workers.Overall there were a significant positive correlation between fats,animal foods of intake dietary and the concentration of TC,TG,LDL-C and LPO.The 10 patients with CHD were found in manager group,but only one in worker group.Conclusion:There are significant effects of Oil,animal foods and cereal ration in diet on blood lipids,lipid peroxides and the occurrence of CHD.
