目的　采用综合调理配合洗涤夫精宫腔内人工授精术 (intrautemineinseminationwithwashedhusband’sspematozou ,IUI)治疗不育症 ,提高患者受孕率。方法　对 8例不育症患者根据病因进行综合调理 ,诱导排卵 ,男方精液异常者采用单纯F10洗涤或血清电泳法洗涤 ,处理精液后进行宫腔内人工授精。结果　 8例患者行IUI 2 0个周期 ,受孕 7例 ,自然流产 2例 ,成功妊娠率 6 2 .5 % .结论　综合调理配合IUI治疗不育症可明显提高妊娠率 Objective To treat infertility with intrauterine inseminationwithwashedhusband’sspematozou (IUI) by using integrated conditioning and washing dextrose intrauterine instillation to improve the conception rate of patients. Methods According to the etiology, 8 cases of infertility patients were induced to ovulation by ovulation. The male sperm abnormalities were cleaned by F10 washing or serum electrophoresis. The sperm were treated by intrauterine insemination. Results Eight patients underwent IUI 20 cycles, 7 conceptions and 2 spontaneous abortions with a successful pregnancy rate of 62.5% .Conclusion The combined treatment of IUI and IUI can significantly improve the pregnancy rate
