金纳米粒(Gold nannoparticles,AuNPs)因其具有比表面积大、化学性质稳定、生物相容性好、表面可以被多功能化修饰等优势,被广泛用作递送药物和生物大分子的载体,以改善药物的溶解度低和生物大分子难以入胞的问题.AuNPs自身对关节炎起到一定的治疗作用,可以与药物产生协同效应.另外,AuNPs独特的光学特性,可用作探针和显影,辅助关节炎的诊断和治疗.文章就AuNPs的制备以及在关节炎治疗方面的研究进展进行了综述.“,”Gold nanparticles (AuNPs) as drugs,carriers and a tool of diagnosis have been playing an important role in treating arthritis.Owing to manifold advantages including large surface area,stable chemical property,good biocompatibility and easy surface modification,AuNPs have been used to deliver drugs and biomacromolecules.AuNPs as carriers can improve the solubility of the drugs and solve the difficulty in delivering biomacromolecules across the cell membrane to the cytoplasm.With the effect of antioxidation,antiangiogenesis promoting the growth of chondrocytes and the differentiation of osteoblastsand,AuNPs can produce synergistic effects with drugs and biomacromolecules.In addition,with the unique optical properties,AuNPs can also be used as probe and imaging,which are helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis.This article has reviewed the preparation of AuNPs and the latest research progress of AuNPs applied in arthritis treatment.
