“平面二次包络弧面蜗杆传动”是一种具有我国独特风格的新型弧面蜗杆传动。本文择要介绍了对该传动的研究与应用的主要结果。介绍了从研究传动的一般型式入手,把具有“两次接触”为特点的,典型的平面二次包络弧面蜗杆传动,当作它的一种典型情况;把常见的直线齿弧面蜗杆传动视为新型传动,当其平面萎缩为一直线时的一种特例。采用较简单的方法,导出了两类蜗杆两种型式传动通用的一般性啮合方程式,由这啮合方程式可一目了然地证明典型传动存在“两次接触”和“瞬时两线接触”的原因和条件。文中还利用通用方程式,有对比地计算分析了两类四种蜗杆传动的啮合特点,说明平面二次包络弧面蜗杆传动具有更好的磨削工艺性和啮合性能;指出典型传动蜗轮齿面的两次接触区在接触循环次数和诱导法曲率上存在的弱点,认为对“两次接触”应给以全面的估价,对一般型传动和选型问题的研究,应予以重视。此外,文中通过两次接触界限曲线和包络面界限曲线的研究,相应地讨论了有关“两次接触”、蜗杆根切和参数影响等问题。
“Planar double envelope arc worm drive” is a new type of curved worm drive with unique style in China. This paper mainly introduces the main results of the research and application of the transmission. This paper introduces the typical planar double enveloping worm drive with the characteristic of “double contact” as the typical type of driving transmission, and takes it as a typical case. The common straight-tooth helical worm Transmission as a new type of transmission, when its plane shrinks to a straight line when a special case. By simpler method, general general meshing equations for two types of worm gears are derived. The meshing equation can be used to verify the reasons and conditions of “double contact” and “instantaneous two-line contact” of typical drive. In this paper, the common equations are also used to calculate and analyze the meshing characteristics of two kinds of worm gears. The results show that the planar double enveloping worm drive has better grinding process and meshing performance. Of the contact area in the number of contact cycles and induced curvature of the existing weaknesses, that the “two contacts” should be given a comprehensive assessment of the general transmission and selection of the issue, we should pay attention. In addition, through the study of two contact limit curves and envelope limit curves, the paper discussed the problems of “double contact”, worm root cutting and parameter influence.
