Objective: To study the changes and characteristics of arterial blood gas parameters under hypoxia combined with water deficit under simulated deep-sea conditions. Methods: 80 Wistar rats (half male and half female) and 6 male beagle dogs were randomly divided into three groups: the hypoxia group (oxygen content 10%), the lack of water group, the hypoxia group Normal control group, the latter only lack of water and lack of food, on the first day, the third day, the seventh day, the ninth day, the eleventh day, the twelfth day, the fourteenth day dynamic and contrast Detect arterial blood gas and various ion concentrations. In the hypoxia-deficient group, Beagle dogs all died from 11.9 to 14.9 days. The values of PaO_2 and PaCO_2 decreased significantly on the first day (P <0.01), and continued to death, which were only pre-injury 48.5% -55.5% and 56.5% -66.4% respectively. The ratio of hematocrit (Hct) also increased significantly at day 1, up to 75.0%. The concentrations of Na ~ + and Cl ~ The level of K ~ + increased only slightly after 2 days; 2. The changes of arterial blood gas and various ions in rats were basically similar to those in beagle dogs, and the changes of arterial blood gas between the male and female groups Not significant, while blood Na ~ +, Cl ~ - and K ~ + concentrations were more pronounced in males than females. CONCLUSION: PaO2 and PaCO_2 in arterial blood are decreased during hypoxia combined with lack of water under deep-buried conditions. Serum ion concentration is disturbed and blood is concentrated, which has the characteristics of rapid, persistent and progressive.
