近年来,各地相继开展公开招聘领导干部工作,这是干部人事制度的新突破,打破了地域和条块分割的限制,有利于人才资源的优化配置。考试作为干部素质测评的重要手段和必经程序,工作繁杂、要求较高。因此,我们感到有必要建立统一的考试试题库,以推动公开招聘工作的规范化进程。在此,我们就公开招聘县处级领导干部考试题库建立问题作些浅探。
In recent years, the open recruitment of leading cadres all over the country has been carried out in succession. This is a new breakthrough in the cadre and personnel system, breaking the restriction of geographical division and fragmentation and contributing to the optimal allocation of human resources. Examination as an important means of cadre quality evaluation and necessary procedures, work complicated, demanding. Therefore, we feel it is necessary to establish a unified database of test questions so as to promote the standardization of open recruitment. At this point, we make some exploration on the establishment of the examination questions bank openly for county-level cadres.
