建立了尿中铅含量的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱检测方法。利用微波消解的方法对尿中有机质进行消解,在220.3nm波长下用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定,根据工作曲线进行定量。结果回收率为98.5~103.3%,线性范围为0.01~5μg/ml。该方法操作简单,结果可靠,适合铅中毒者尿中铅含量的检测,可作为司法鉴定常规检验方法。
A method for the determination of lead in urine by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established. The digestion of organic matter in the urine was carried out by microwave digestion and determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy at a wavelength of 220.3 nm, and quantified according to the working curve. Results The recoveries ranged from 98.5 to 103.3% with a linear range of 0.01 to 5 μg / ml. The method has the advantages of simple operation and reliable results, and is suitable for the detection of urinary lead in lead poisoning and can be used as a routine test method for forensic identification.
