目的 探讨盅药通心络对冠心病患者血管内皮功能不全的改善作用。方法 将 6 0例经冠脉造影证实为冠心病的患者随机分为通心络及阿托伐他汀 (商品名 :立普妥 )治疗组各 30例 ,治疗 3个月前后 ,分别利用高分辨率超声测定肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性舒张功能及血脂的变化。结果 治疗前两组患者血脂水平、内皮依赖性舒张功能差异均无统计学意义。治疗 3个月后 ,两组患者血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能均明显改善 ,通心络组由治疗前的 (8.93± 5 .0 2 ) %升至 (12 .0 4± 4 .98) % (P <0 .0 0 1) ,阿托伐他汀治疗组由治疗前的 (8.6 5± 8.6 3) %升至(11.75± 8.87) % (P <0 .0 0 1)。血胆固醇 (TC)通心络组由 (4 .6 8± 1.0 3)mmol/L下降到 (4 .18± 0 .88)mmol/L ,阿托伐他汀组由 (5 .0 1± 0 .84 )mmol/L下降至 (3.84± 0 .4 3)mmol/L、甘油三酯 (TG)通心络组由 (1.74± 0 .86 )mmol/L下降至 (1.37± 0 .4 9)mmol/L(P <0 .0 5 ) ;阿托伐他汀组由 (1.6 3± 0 .37)mmol/L下降至 (1.0 7± 0 .37)mmol/L(P <0 .0 1)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)水平通心络组由 (2 .88± 0 .86 )mmol/L下降至 (2 .85± 0 .4 5 )mmol/L(P <0 .0 5 ) ,阿托伐他汀组由 (3.0 3± 0 .6 5 )mmol/L下降至 (2 .4 5± 0 .2 5 )mmol/
Objective To investigate the effect of shenfu tongxinluo on vascular endothelial dysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography were randomly divided into two groups: 30 patients in each group treated with Tongxinluo and atorvastatin (trade name: Lipitor), and treated with high resolution Rate Echocardiographic Determination of Endothelium - dependent Vasodilatation and Blood Lipid Changes Induced by Brachial Artery. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of serum lipids and endothelium-dependent diastolic function between the two groups before treatment. After 3 months of treatment, the blood flow-mediated endothelium-dependent vasodilation was significantly improved in both groups, and the mean value of Tongxinluo group increased from (8.93 ± 5.2)% to (12.0 ± 0.4)% before treatment .98%) (P <0.01). The atorvastatin treatment group increased from (8.65 ± 8.63)% before treatment to (11.75 ± 8.87)% before treatment (P0.001). The level of TC in TXL decreased from (4.68 ± 1.03) mmol / L to (4.18 ± 0.88) mmol / L, and the atorvastatin group was (5.01 ± 0) (1.84 ± 0.43) mmol / L and (1.74 ± 0.86) mmol / L and (1.37 ± 0.49 ) mmol / L (P <0.05). The atorvastatin group decreased from (1.6 3 ± 0.37) mmol / L to (1.0 7 ± 0.37) mmol / L ), LDL C decreased from (2.88 ± 0.86) mmol / L to (2.85 ± 0.45 mmol / L) in the Tongxinluo group (P <0. 0 5), atorvastatin group decreased from (3.0 3 ± 0.65) mmol / L to (2.54 ± 0.25) mmol /
