针对直升机试飞实测数据量庞大的问题,采用了内存映像方法,大大提高了数据读取速度,比常用的I/O方法快几十倍甚至几百倍。同时针对直升机机动状态试飞数据周期性不是很强这一特点,提出了新的数据处理方法,并与传统方法进行了比较,结果显示了新方法的优越性。文章详细论述了旋翼载荷的测试情况、数据处理方法、旋翼载荷的理论计算方法、载荷的理论计算结果与试飞实测的对比分析,得出了相关状态的修正系数,并进一步应用于同类状态的计算载荷处理上。
