眼内小异物的检出及眼球壁边界异物的准确定位是很困难的。常规 X 线角膜缘标志定位,以眼球标准值测量确定异物在眼内或眼外常有偏差。电子计算机体层扫描(Computed Tomog-raphy 简称 CT)其断层图象能显示眼环——巩膜的轮廓,并且对眼组织密度具有高分辨力及对异物具有高的 CT 值。为探讨CT 扫描对眼内异物及眼球壁异物的诊断价值,我院自1989年~1995年,在 X 线定位基础上,使用3000TX 岛津 CT 扫描机,随机观察25例患者,现报告如下。
Detection of small intraocular foreign bodies and accurate positioning of foreign bodies on the wall of the eyeball is very difficult. Routine X-ray limbus flagging to eyeballs to determine the standard value of foreign body in the eye or eye often deviate. Computed Tomog-raphy (CT) provides a tomographic image of the ocular ring-sclera with high resolution of ocular tissue density and high CT values of foreign bodies. In order to explore the diagnostic value of CT scan for intraocular foreign bodies and eyeball foreign body, our hospital from 1989 to 1995, based on the X-ray positioning, using 3000TX Shimadzu CT scanner, a random observation of 25 patients, are as follows.
