1998年启动的上海二期课程改革,其重要标志是构建起“三维”教学目标,这是“以学生发展为本”的教育理念在课程建设方面的具体体现,也是现代社会对未来公民素质要求的体现.“知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度和价值观”既是三个不同维度的目标要求,又是互相渗透,融为一体的目标整体.其中,在具体的数学课堂教学中“过程与方法”是落实“三维”教学目标的关键,是矛盾的主要方面,抓住过程与方法,就可全面落实三维目标.
The important symbol of the reform of the second phase curriculum in Shanghai, started in 1998, is to set up the “three-dimensional” teaching goal. This is a concrete embodiment of the educational concept of “developing students based” in the course construction.
